In a Weibo post today, Mr. He shared a video demonstrating Xpeng’s NGP feature on a German highway, emphasizing its positive reception and adaptability in overseas environments.
According to Mr. He, Xpeng’s NGP, originally trained for Chinese traffic conditions, seamlessly translates to international settings, indicating promising prospects for global adoption of advanced smart driving capabilities.
Xpeng aims to expand NGP’s coverage globally, with plans to develop highway NGP features for international use by 2024 and fully global NGP capabilities by 2025, as announced earlier this year.
