Xpeng Debuts G9 SUV and P7 Sedan in Germany: Available at 24 Stores Across 12 Dealerships from May Onwards.
Xpeng (NYSE: XPEV) has launched its G9 SUV and P7 sedan in Germany, expanding its footprint in Europe with these two battery electric vehicle (BEV) models.
The G9 lineup in Germany offers three options: rear-wheel drive standard range, rear-wheel drive long range, and four-wheel drive long range, priced at 57,600 euros ($62,300), 61,600 euros, and 69,600 euros, respectively.
Originally introduced in China on September 21, 2022, the Xpeng G9 saw a subsequent release with a starting price of RMB 263,900 ($36,510) on September 19, 2023.
Similarly, the P7 series, Xpeng’s flagship sedan, is now available in Germany in three versions: rear-wheel drive long range, four-wheel drive performance, and four-wheel drive Wing Edition, priced at 49,600 euros, 58,600 euros, and 69,600 euros, respectively.
In Europe, Xpeng had previously launched the G9 and P7 models in February 2023, initially catering to customers in Denmark, Norway, the Netherlands, and Sweden.
Official sales of both models in Germany will commence in May, with Xpeng collaborating with 12 local dealers across 24 retail locations in the country.
The company aims to expand its dealer network to 60 and grow its retail presence to 120 locations by the end of 2026. Additionally, Xpeng plans to venture into other European markets, including France, Italy, and the UK.
